As an activity aide you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior patients. Your contributions will support our mission of providing excellent health services, ensuring that our patients feel engaged and cared for. You will Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities tailored to the needs of senior patients. Engage with patients to promote social interaction and emotional well-being. Support patients with daily living activities (ADLs) as needed. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Document patient participation and feedback on activities. Provide support for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments. Foster relationships with families to enhance patient engagement.
