Rehab Aide Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. College experience desired Prior experience in post-acute/skilled nursing, preferred Professional attitude and appearance. Knowledge of materials and equipment used in physical, occupational and speech therapy. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the therapy staff and other personnel. Demonstrate emotional stability in order to cope with the demands of both patients and employees Must maintain patient and employee confidentiality. Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office Programs, Rehab Optima/Net Health Therapy a plus.
