We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Technician to join our team at Axia Care Center in the City of Orange, NJ. As a Rehab Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our rehabilitation efforts by providing high-quality care and assistance to patients in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:
Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists in patient transport. Collaborate with Director of Rehabilitation and staff with department needs. Assist with clerical needs as directed by Director of Rehabilitation Assist with infection control and prevention measures Report any changes or concerns to the patient's treatment team Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery
