Role:

Join Kinetic Rehab and Spine as a Rehabilitation Aide, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises. Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is clean and functional. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to therapists during sessions. Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required. Support administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient intake. Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing staff training and development.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health sciences is a plus. Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices. Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. Current CPR certification is a plus.
