PRN COTA

Willow Woods is looking to add to our Therapy Department ! We are looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

You will:

Work with Occupational Therapists to develop and deliver individualized patient treatment based on evaluation results, POC and established patient goals. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, billing of patient treatment and maintain department productivity standards. Consult with Occupational Therapist regarding changes in patient status, treatment plan, and goals Provide patient and family education Communicate with nursing staff, case management, social workers, PT, SLP, patients/families, and physicians to promote optimal patient care and customer service. Participate in quality activities/programs within the department.

Required:

Licensed by the State of Ohio, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Athletic Trainer Board, BLS.

Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
