Job Description

Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding position as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) supporting elementary students in the vibrant Bethlehem and Allentown, PA regions. This school-based contract role offers an engaging opportunity for compassionate professionals who are dedicated to helping children reach their potential during the 2026-2027 school year. With a consistent 35-hour work week, you'll play a vital role in student success and development.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Pennsylvania state license and required clearances Experience supporting elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred Proficient communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and multiple student needs
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to deliver targeted therapy interventions Support students with their IEP goals, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services rendered Communicate progress effectively with educators, staff, and families Adapt therapy strategies based on student performance and feedback Contribute actively to team meetings and school-based support initiatives
