Job Description

Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the Bethlehem, PA area throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opening offers the chance to help children develop crucial skills in a collaborative school environment, working flexible hours and building positive relationships with both students and staff.
Key Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Pennsylvania state license and up-to-date clearances Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required Commitment to supporting students with diverse abilities and needs Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Core Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering prescribed therapy to elementary-aged students Carry out individualized intervention plans and document progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student development Maintain accurate records and comply with all school and district guidelines Adapt and modify activities and materials to help students achieve educational goals
