Responsibilities include:

The person in this position will assist in providing planned group services to individual's that address their goals, needs, and preferences. This person will assist in completing readiness assessments; review referrals; perform record keeping according to state standards and regulations; assist in developing and enhancing the program; work with families or designated support persons in the individual's life, as requested or needed; and ensure compliance with all necessary standards and regulations for the program. Person will perform other duties as assigned.

EOE Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Associate's Degree and 1 year work experience in mental health direct services CPS certificate and additional 1 year paid or volunteer work experience in mental health direct service High School Diploma or GED and 2 years work experience in human services which must include 1 year of mental health direct service 18 hours psych rehab or program trainings required annually.
