Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapy Aide to join our therapy team. This vital role supports the delivery of personalized rehabilitation and restorative care to enhance our residents' quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic interventions with the residents as assigned Assist licensed therapists and nursing staff in implementing restorative nursing programs and rehabilitation activities Support residents with daily activities such as mobility, range of motion exercises, and personal care tasks Monitor and document residents' progress, responses to therapy, and any changes in condition Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents during therapy sessions Follow care plans and instructions provided by licensed therapists and nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members regarding care and progress Adhere to all safety, health, and confidentiality policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or related field preferred Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus, CNA preferred Willingness to attend the 120-hour PA Nurse Aide Training Program (Company Paid) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs Basic knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living
