Russell Wellness and Recovery Center LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated PRP Specialist to provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services to children in the community. The ideal candidate will support clients in improving daily living skills, emotional wellness, community integration, and overall independence. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support and counseling in alignment with individualized psychiatric rehabilitation plans Help clients develop essential life skills, including daily living, communication, and vocational skills Connect clients to community resources and support participation in social, educational, and recreational activities Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care Monitor client progress and maintain consistent communication with treatment providers Assist in developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation and recovery plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services, progress, and treatment updates Advocate for and empower clients to achieve independence and improve overall well-beingWork Schedule:
Full time or Part Time work available Monday-Friday Flexible community-based schedule Combination of office, home, and community events Education & Experience Requirements Along with the valid rehabilitation certification, candidates must meet one of the following (in alignment with Maryland PRP guidelines): Must possess a valid Rehabilitation Certification. Bachelor's degree in a related field: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Human Services Associate degree +• at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health OR• High school diploma/GED + at least 4 years of experience in: Mental health services Case management Residential programs Youth or adult support services To apply for this position, please submit your application through Indeed and also email your resume to Varunmishra0205@gmail.com.Phone:
