Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (PRP) on a contract basis to join our dynamic mental health team working with minors.
Part Time Schedule Responsibilities:
Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and services Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Facilitate psychoeducational groups on topics such as coping skills, stress management, and relapse prevention Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress The Rehabilitation Specialist is required to have 2 years of relevant experience in the mental health field. You must hold a CFRP Minors credentials.
