Job Description The Rehab Aide ensures that the department is maintained with a clean and sanitary working environment, with supplies organized, available, and accessible. Inventory is accomplished through the assessment and ordering of necessary supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists therapists in patient treatment programs, specifically therapeutic equipment set up and fitting, including discretion of and under supervision of the therapist. May include patient transport and assisting the Rehab Services Coordinator with other department functions. Orients rehabilitation gym volunteers.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Basic Life Support (BLS) required within three months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in Rehab/Therapy settings The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $20.25. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
