Rehabilitation Assistant Xforia Nashville, TN Job Details Full-time | Contract $18 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Assisting with ADLs High school diploma or GED Patient care Ability to follow instructions Patient interaction Bathing assistance Full Job Description •Pre-employment Drug Testing and a Criminal Background Check is Required •Schedule Three (3) - 12.5-hour shift per week Rotating schedule with Weekends, Nights, and Holidays required Overtime Key Responsibilities Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and rehabilitation routines Support therapists during treatment sessions Help patients with mobility, walking, stretching, and basic movement exercises Assist patients in performing daily living activities (dressing, bathing, eating, etc.) when required Set up therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas Observe and record patient progress during sessions Report patient condition and improvements to therapists Ensure patient safety during all rehabilitation activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and workspace Required Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of healthcare or rehabilitation practices (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions from therapists accurately Physically fit to assist patients with movement and exercises Compassionate, patient, and supportive attitude Basic documentation and reporting skills
