- Job Summary and Qualifications
- As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at HCA Healthcare, you'll be a vital part of a team helping patients regain independence and live their best lives.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- + Administering occupational therapy treatments and adapting interventions as patient needs and abilities change + Supporting patients and families with education, encouragement, and practical strategies for recovery and independence + Documenting patient progress accurately and contributing input to care planning and interdisciplinary team discussions + Collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists to respond to changes in patient status and ensure safe, effective care + Serving as a trusted resource for patients, caregivers, and colleagues while fostering a positive, supportive care environment •What qualifications you will need:•+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + (COTA) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant + Associate Degree No Travel Required 0 Required Years of Experience •Benefits•St.
