Full Job Description Overview:
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Dallas, TX Therapy Aide PRN (As Needed)
Outpatient Facility Shift Hours:
Monday•Friday Between 7am-7pm Pay rate: $22/hr BSW Rehab in Dallas Carroll Avenue is seeking a PRN outpatient sports and orthopedic rehab aide to join our dynamic therapy team of sports and orthopedic physical therapists. Duties include infection control cleaning, laundry, light equipment maintenance, assistance to clinicians for direct patient care as needed, assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team. Previous tech experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Duties include assistance to clinicians for direct patient care (transferring, toileting), infection control cleaning, light equipment maintenance, driving routes to transport patients to and from clinic, assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks, setting up patients on therapeutic activities, facilitating exercise groups, and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be hard working, thrive in a fast-paced environment, friendly, energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team.
Qualifications:
One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred. BLS Certification or completion within 90 days of hire #
