Job Description

Rehab Technician - Full-Time Heritage House at Keller | Keller, TX Heritage House at Keller is seeking a motivated and compassionate Rehab Technician to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for healthcare, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to helping residents improve their quality of life. As a Rehab Technician, you will play an important role in supporting our therapy team and assisting with daily operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care and service.
Responsibilities:
Assist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with treatment preparation and patient flow. Prepare treatment areas, therapy equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions. Assist residents with transportation to and from therapy appointments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and treatment areas. Monitor and maintain therapy equipment and report any maintenance needs. Assist with clerical duties, including filing, faxing, copying, scheduling, and documentation support. Help track therapy supplies and inventory. Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff. Follow all facility policies and procedures, including safety and infection control standards. Attend department and facility meetings as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous healthcare, rehabilitation, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to assist residents with mobility and transportation needs. Basic computer skills preferred.
