2026-2027 We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school-based team for the 2026-27 school year in Aberdeen, WA. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students in achieving educational and functional goals within the school setting.
Responsibilities:
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for students Support fine motor, sensory, and daily living skill development Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Participate in IEP meetings and school team collaboration as needed
Qualifications:
Active Washington COTA license Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills
