$30-$50 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' daily living skills and functional abilities. Monitor and report resident progress to the Occupational Therapist. Educate residents and their families on exercises, safety, and adaptive techniques. Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.

Qualifications:

Current state licensure or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
