Rehab Resources is looking for a driven and organized Rehab Office Coordinator to join our incredible team! You'll be responsible for managing the insurance authorization process, handling data entry, maintaining schedules, assisting at the reception desk, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. Rehab Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for families, teachers, and staff regarding therapy services. Schedule appointments for pediatric therapy services, coordinating with families and the therapy team. Assist in maintaining accurate records and processing referrals. Manage communication between therapists, families, schools, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure smooth office operations and provide excellent customer service. Assist with billing tasks related to pediatric therapy services. Collaborate with the pediatric therapy team to ensure therapy plans and appointments are well-coordinated.
