Job Description

At No Limits Pediatric Therapies , we believe every child has unlimited potential. Our clinic provides occupational, speech, and physical therapy services in a supportive, collaborative, and family-centered environment. We are dedicated to empowering children and their families with the tools they need to thrive—at home, at school, and in the community. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. The OT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs including sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-regulation, executive functioning, feeding, and play-based development. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Provide direct therapy sessions in a play-based, neuro-affirming, child-centered approach Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in EMR system Participate in professional development and community engagement Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state OT license (or eligibility for licensure).
Strong clinical skills in pediatrics:
feeding therapy or sensory integration training a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Passion for empowering children and families. Why Join No Limits?
