In-House Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Camden, AR Wellstone Group at The Springs of Camden is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in the Camden area. Make a meaningful impact in your career — apply today! Position Summary As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care. Your role includes implementing treatment plans, supporting resident progress, documenting care, and contributing to the ongoing success of our rehabilitation programs. Key Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic interventions to residents with temporary or long-term disabilities. Provide skilled OT services in alignment with physician orders and OT supervision. Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers. Document treatments, resident responses, and changes in condition. Follow established care plans and participate in treatment planning. Attend required meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards. Qualifications Active Arkansas Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential. In good standing with all regulatory agencies and boards. SNF or long-term care experience preferred. Familiarity with Net Health a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Why Join The Springs of Camden?
