Summary:
The Occupational Therapist Assistant III requires one year of professional experience. This role works with autonomy and accountability, demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population, and is committed to professional and departmental growth and enhancement. The individual must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide appropriate care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to the ages of patients served, to mentor staff and students, and to be active in quality assurance/performance improvement activities.
Other information:
Active Arkansas State Board Occupational Therapist Assistant license. Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Minimum of one year professional experience. Maintains expectations of the career ladder for Level
III. CPR
Certification required but can be completed upon hire. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
