In this engaging position, you will provide specialized therapy services to pediatric patients across various settings, including schools and daycare centers. Your expertise will help children develop essential skills, improve independence in daily activities, and achieve their full potential. Duties Assess and develop individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs, focusing on improving motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and self-care routines Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing fine motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration for children with disabilities or developmental delays. Work with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions to promote social skills and adaptive behaviors. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and case management records in compliance with healthcare standards. Experience Prior experience working with pediatric populations in settings such as outpatient clinics, schools, early intervention programs, or inpatient units is highly preferred Demonstrated expertise in assisting with ADLs and developing comprehensive care plans for children with disabilities or developmental challenges Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and familiarity with sensory integration techniques.
