Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing mobile therapy team serving children, adults, and seniors throughout the Phoenix West Valley. This is an ideal position for a newer graduate or therapist looking for a flexible, supportive environment with real autonomy and meaningful patient relationships. You will provide therapy in patients' homes and community settings while working closely with supervising OTs and a collaborative therapy team.

POSITION DETAILS 1099

independent contractor position

Compensation:

$47 - $68 per visit (based on experience and visit type), plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Schedule:

100% control over your schedule! You decide how many patients you see and when. Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling available.

Documentation:

Easy-to-use, therapy-focused documentation system.

Coverage Area:

West Valley Phoenix, including Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale, Sun City, Litchfield Park, parts of Phoenix and surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Document treatment sessions accurately and promptly Educate caregivers and families on home programs and therapeutic strategies Communicate effectively with supervising therapists and care teams Maintain professional and ethical clinical standards

REQUIREMENTS

Current Arizona

OTA/COTA

license Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout the West Valley Ability to pass background checks New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
