School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Arizona area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a COTA who is passionate about supporting students' academic, developmental, and functional success in an educational setting. Position Details Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week 2026-2027

May 27, 2027 School-Based Setting One Opening Available Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Support students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration as needed Qualifications Active Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational team Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
