Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document findings, and manage discharge planning Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation and goal tracking for each child Develop and implement home programs as needed, incorporating perceptual, motor, and sensory-based strategies Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers within the occupational therapy program Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings, with opportunities to lead or present training sessions. Qualifications Certification and/or

Registration:

Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric therapy setting Benefits for Our Pediatric Occupational Therapist Competitive annual salary ranging from $93,500
