As a COTA, you are the hands-on heart of our department. You'll work closely with our OTRs to bring individualized treatment plans to life. •

Patient Wins:

Deliver skilled interventions, document resident progress, and celebrate the small victories that lead to major independence. •

Clinical Collaboration:

Act as a key voice in our interdisciplinary team, ensuring our residents in Contra Costa County return to their highest level of function. •
