As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a hospital setting, you'll take on a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Current COTA certification and license (or eligibility) in California Experience supporting Occupational Therapists in hospital environments preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced clinical situations

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Occupational Therapists in assessing and implementing care plans for patients Deliver effective therapeutic activities to facilitate patient independence and recovery Accurately document patient progress and responses to interventions Foster a positive, encouraging environment for patients and families Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
