As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a hospital setting, you'll take on a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible. Current COTA certification and license (or eligibility) in California Experience supporting Occupational Therapists in hospital environments preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced clinical situationsKey Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in assessing and implementing care plans for patients Deliver effective therapeutic activities to facilitate patient independence and recovery Accurately document patient progress and responses to interventions Foster a positive, encouraging environment for patients and families Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomesBenefits & Perks:
