Job Description
We are an upper extremity therapy office seeking a full time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Join a team of therapists who are enthused about the intricate world of the upper extremity. We are a close-knit, team-oriented staff specializing in hands, elbows, and shoulders. We have a fast-paced, enjoyable environment with a culture for personal satisfaction and career growth. This position is best suited for someone who is sharp, good with computer documentation, willing and eager to learn, enjoys keeping busy, and is a good communicator. The salary is negotiable, based upon years of experience and skill set and a minimum of 3 years experience as a COTA is required. www.

Implement care plans developed by occupational therapists, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapeutic activities. Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the supervising therapist. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to educate patients and families about treatment processes.
