We deliver high-quality occupational, physical, speech, and behavioral therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment. We're looking for a passionate, skilled COTA to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to make a real difference in children's lives through fun, engaging therapy in our sensory gyms and individual treatment rooms. Flexible Schedule Options Monday-Friday Full-time (with excellent benefits and higher pay) Monday-Friday (Part time also available 2-6pm) Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision Help children build fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills in a playful, supportive setting Document progress in Central Reach and communicate effectively with therapists, families, and the team (we train you in this EMR if you have not used it). Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment Collaborate weekly with the OT team and support your colleagues daily Excellent mentorship with on site OTRs! Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited COTA program and current CA COTA certification Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
