Salary:
$85,280 - $104,000 PRN/ON CALL Sign-on Bonus Available! ccupational Therapist (OT)

PTO Referral Bonuses ccupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) Duties and Responsibilities Performed within scope of practice and federal guidelines: Administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems. Administers tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency. Provides direct clinical treatment in accordance with an established plan of care. Participates in an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. Assists the patient with tools and treatments for specific patient needs. Maintains confidentiality of patient records. Conducts simulated and/or actual home assessments, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment, along with the OT/PT as needed. ccupational Therapist (OT)
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy. One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed. Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant issued by the state of California. Mariner Healthcare reserves the right to discontinue any bonus program at anytime.
