Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, In-House

Seeking a Full TIme Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the in-house rehab team at Angels Nursing Center, a dynamic 49-bed SNF in Los Angeles, CA! Ideally needing 30+ hours/week consistently. All availability welcomed!

COTA Responsibilities:

Provide recommendations for home modifications and adaptive equipment with training as needed. Ensure all treatment delivered is in accordance with the established plan of care. Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration. Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care is provided. Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements. Complying with all rules, regulations, and procedures. Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.

COTA Requirements:

Associate's degree - Occupational Therapy Assistant Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License & In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
