Our work focuses on delivering high-quality, sustainable special education programs that improve outcomes for students with disabilities by meeting IEP needs and building capacity across educator teams. Description We are seeking a Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, providing specialized, school-based therapy to K-12 students with special needs.Work Setting:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hourWhat You'll Do:
Implement therapeutic activities to help students with sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living activities. Provide training to school staff and parents on how to incorporate therapy goals into daily routines. Document student progress by maintaining detailed records of therapy sessions for IEP reports. Collaborate with other professionals by participating in IEP meetings to support students.What You Bring:
State Board Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Able to complete satisfactory Live Scan background screening and TB clearance. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.Full-Time Benefits:
