Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California Recent experience working in a hospital environment preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new workplace settings and electronic documentation systems Dedication to delivering quality, patient-centered careResponsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in implementing rehabilitative programs tailored to patients' needs Deliver direct patient care and therapeutic interventions in accordance with treatment plans Document patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to update care plans Educate patients and families on techniques to maximize independence Support a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environmentBenefits & Travel Perks:
