Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) -
Sonoma Post Acute Location:
Sonoma, CA Pay:
$45 to $50 per hour
Schedule:
Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem Sonoma Post Acute is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dedicated therapy team. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and resident-focused clinicians who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing setting.   • Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT
  • Carry out treatment plans designed to help residents achieve functional goals
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility training
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes Qualifications
  • Current California COTA license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented and committed to high-quality resident care
