Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment 30 hours per week guaranteed Immediate start
Required Qualifications:
Valid, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred Ability to collaborate with occupational therapists and broader rehab teams Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Flexibility and quick adaptation to new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an occupational therapist Assist patients in regaining skills for daily living and development of functional independence Document patient progress and participate in interdisciplinary case conferences Support the design and execution of individualized care plans Uphold compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines
