Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will assist our Occupational Therapists in providing top-notch therapeutic services to our residents, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for residents directed by a licensed Occupational Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve residents' physical, cognitive, and social abilities. Monitor and document residents' progress and communicate any changes to the Occupational Therapist. Educate residents and their families on activities and exercises that can be continued at home. Ensure all therapy sessions are conducted in a safe, effective, and respectful manner. Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. We look forward to welcoming you!
