This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead patient-centered care, helping residents recover and regain independence following illness, injury, or surgery. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, functional mobility, strength, and cognition Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or subacute rehabilitation preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Leadership ability and team-oriented mindset Schedule & Benefits Competitive salary Supportive, in-house therapy team environment Why Join Us?
