Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to patients, helping them improve their daily living and functional skills.
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. Provide hands-on therapy interventions to patients. Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving daily living skills. Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Active OTA license in the state of Florida. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in pediatrics.
