Our Miami Lakes, FL location is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services in-office, at patients' homes or remote locations, and via teletherapy. Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific functional needs. Produce clear and timely daily electronic progress notes. Collaborate with other therapy disciplines to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Job Requirements:

Active State of Florida (DOH) Occupational Therapy Assistant license Medicaid Provider Number Successful completion of a Level II Background Screening (fingerprints) Minimum one year of experience in a pediatric setting (preferred)
