Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team as a Contractor. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with occupational therapists to provide high-quality patient care. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their overall quality of life. Requirements Ability to commute to patients home Ability to commute to cases in the general area of Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Miami Gardens Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program. AHCA Level 2 Background check.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members. A commitment to providing high-quality care that promotes patient independence and well-being. Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed. Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized care plans for patients. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising occupational therapist. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes. Timely documenting visits. Pay range per visit:
$55 - $65
