Job Description

Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Take your skills as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to the next level in a contract role supporting students' growth and independence. This opportunity places you in a dynamic school environment near Moore Haven, FL, where you'll work closely under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to help students reach their educational and developmental milestones.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program Active state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Minimum of one year of recent experience, ideally in a school or pediatric setting Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Commitment to ongoing professional development and earning required continuing education credits
Responsibilities:
