East Lake County, including Mount Dora, Tavares, Eustis, Leesburg & surrounding communities About Us Classic Home Health Services is seeking PRN clinicians to join our growing home health team serving East Lake County. We are looking for compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech Therapists, and Medical Social Workers who are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. To support our clinicians in the field, we utilize advanced technology including Nest Med AI Assistant along with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR. These tools help streamline documentation, reduce administrative burden, and allow clinicians to focus more on direct patient care. Position Overview This PRN opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care within a supportive interdisciplinary environment.
