Occupational Therapist (OTR) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Flexible Per-Diem Opportunities Support Aging-in-Place. Flexible Work Beyond the Clinic. Are you an Occupational Therapist or COTA looking for flexible, meaningful work that fits your schedule? We are seeking compassionate and observant OT professionals to provide non-clinical "Peace of Mind Check-Ins" for older adults aging safely at home. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists seeking: Flexible supplemental income A lower-stress alternative to traditional clinical settings Experience and confidence-building for newly licensed clinicians Meaningful patient interaction without treatment documentation What You'll Do Peace of Mind Check-Ins Observe home safety and general well-being of member Identify any potential fall hazards Check whether food, medications, and basic needs are in order Provide reassurance and support to families and caregivers Submit a brief visit summary using our easy-to-use mobile app Minimum 1-2 hour visit commitment
