InHomeSeniorFitness.com Responsibilities Assist clients with therapeutic exercise, stretching, fall prevention, balance, ambulation, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to enhance their independence and quality of life. Independently implement individualized sessions each visit. Provide support in a home setting focusing on geriatric populations. Monitor client progress and document changes in their condition. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive client care and effective communication. Educate clients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety measures.

$50.00 per hour
