In this role, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery. About the Role Our mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care by offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation services tailored to each individual's needs. We are dedicated to enhancing quality of life and exceeding expectations through compassionate, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide Occupational Therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist. Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed. Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision. Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist. Document patient treatment and progress in medical records. Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
