No non-compete agreements A strong Equity & Engagement commitment — every team member's voice matters. Responsibilities What You'll Do Provide excellent health care for our patients. Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of occupational therapy. Help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Understand their current medical and emotional situations.. Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury. Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup. Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function. Provide patients with strategies for long-term success. Document progress notes accurately and on time. Achieve a reasonable level of productivity. This depends on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting. Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development. Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education. Qualifications What We're Looking For Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
