We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE a current, valid Kansas COTA license. Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a clinical care setting preferred. Prior home healthcare experience preferred. Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation required. Maintains annual TB test, CPR certification, and other required documents. Responsibilities Implement individualized care plans for patients based on assessment and goals. Assist Occupational Therapists in providing therapy services to patients in various settings. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
