What You'll Be Doing:

Providing in-home OT treatments under the guidance of a licensed OT (no trust falls, promise). Tracking progress, adapting plans, and helping patients hit real-life goals. Teaching patients and caregivers how to safely do the things that matter — from getting dressed to conquering the microwave. Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR that won't ruin your evenings. Delivering care that's hands-on, heart-forward, and never boring. What We're Looking For:

COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant), licensed in Massachusetts 1+ year of clinical experience A great communicator who enjoys teamwork and can tolerate the occasional bad joke Comfortable working independently, without feeling stranded EMR experience preferred (ours won't emotionally scar you) Home health experience is a plus — but not required.
