Requirements for Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA):

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Experience working in LTC is a plus
• Working knowledge of geriatric treatment modalities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Compassionate and caring team player Job Duties for Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA):
• Providing high quality direct intervention utilizing a combination of strategies to maximize progress
• Assist in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
